At Galante & Bivalacqua we represent individuals and understand that each of our clients has unique needs and interests. We consider our clients’ unique needs at all times to ensure our clients are receiving the best possible representation at all times.
At Galante & Bivalacqua we stress both service and results. We feel our clients are best served when kept informed throughout their representation. Communication is key and is therefore stressed at Galante & Bivalacqua. To maintain contact with our clients, we are accessible via email, phone or fax even when we are not in the office. Our clients are able to reach an attorney at all hours of the day or night in case of emergency.
Though particular results cannot be guaranteed, When a matter goes to trial, it is up to the judicial system to render a judgment; it is our job to do everything in our power to make the law and the system work for you. Though particular results cannot be guaranteed, we do commit our best. Our business is overwhelmingly generated through referrals from current and past clients and other fellow local counselors. We believe our referral business speaks volumes on the effectiveness of our attorneys.
Although Galante & Bivalacqua does not generally post particulars about past judgments or awards, a client recently offered a recommendation of one or our partners, which epitomizes what we strive for at Galante & Bivalacqua. Cheri Ladner wrote:
"I found myself in a David and Goliath situation. Life threatening mistakes had been made during a simple medical procedure and one mistake lead to another and another. After surviving the injuries the medical expenses were devastating. Sal was my slingshot and nothing, not even Katrina, could deter him from his target. I could never say enough about what he has done for me and my family and he did his work against all odds. His dedication to his clients is unsurpassed." |
Faulty Drywall
As if New Orleans area homeowners haven't had enough to deal with after Katrina and the current sagging real estate market, Louisiana residents are now facing numerous reports of a potentially serious defect in drywall that was used in the repair of thousands of homes in the gulf south region.
