ImageScott Galante has always had the strong desire to help people and is dedicated to helping injured individuals who have been unjustly harmed and need help navigating the legal system.

Scott spent the first five years of his career working in New Orleans and South Carolina for Motley Rice LLC, the nationally-recognized powerhouse litigation firm based in South Carolina. In 2005, he decided to return to New Orleans and set up his own powerhouse litigation firm which was joined shortly thereafter by Salvador. Scott handles the litigation of the firm's asbestos practice, catastrophic injury matters, and general trial preparation in addition to assisting Salvador in his cases. Scott is on the faculty of Tulane Law School's Trial Advocacy program and is the managing partner of Galante & Bivalacqua LLC.

After earning a degree in philosophy at the University of Southern Mississippi, Scott attended law school at Tulane University School of Law where he was an Administrative Justice on Tulane's Moot Court Board. During law school he was the 1998 Tulane Moot Court Junior Appellate champion. Scott was also a practicing student attorney from 1999-2000 in the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic.

Scott Galante has been in private practice litigating on behalf of injured plaintiffs his entire career.
