Will Griffin is an associate attorney with Griffin & Bivalacqua, LLC. Will has represented clients in numerous litigation matters across a diverse range of practice areas, including property disputes, construction disputes – both public and private works, insurance disputes, boundary disputes, residential and commercial landlord tenant disputes, condominium law, business litigation, and succession matters. His practice also includes advising individuals and businesses in connection with contract negotiation and drafting, lease formation, and creating organizational and business documents for companies.
Will has been involved in multiple trials and has also argued before the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal.
Will earned his political science degree from Louisiana State University in 2010. In 2016, Will obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Southern University Law Center with honors while working full time.
Will was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2016 and is currently admitted to practice before all Louisiana State Courts as well as the the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
